Volunteers guide each session with kindness and care, offering support and affirmations only if desired. You may participate silently or share as you wish. The pace is gentle, and the space is meant to be safe and welcome for all.
Closing Reminder
You don’t need to “clear your mind” or do anything perfectly. Just showing up is an act of self-care. You are enough — and this space is for you.
