You don’t need prior experience—everything you need will be provided. Moderators follow a prepared script for clear, confident delivery. All meditations, poetry readings, and music audio files are supplied in advance, so you can focus on facilitating the session with ease and presence. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet, allowing you to join from anywhere.
