Melodies of Me
A Weekly Gathering of Music, Connection & Heart
Welcome
Melodies of Me is a weekly gathering where music becomes a mirror, comfort, and source of strength. Inspired by the life of Michael (a participant in our community) and many others facing neurological challenges, this program offers a space to breathe, connect, and remember: you are not alone.
Each week, carefully selected songs and melodies guide participants through emotions like courage, longing, joy, acceptance, and hope.
Participants may hum, sing, or simply absorb the music—no pressure.
"Everyone around me is moving forward—with careers, families, dreams—and sometimes I wonder… what about me? But I am still here. I’m still me. And that matters."
