Poems of Still Me Rising
A Weekly Gathering of Words That Lift and Heal
Welcome to Poems of Still Me Rising
Words can hold us. Words can carry us. Words can remind us who we are.
Poems of Still Me Rising is a weekly offering of spoken and written poetry that reflects the journey of adults living with neurological conditions—and those who care for them. Each week, we share a new, original poem filled with language that speaks to strength, identity, and hope.
Whether you’re living with epilepsy, navigating daily challenges, or simply searching for a sense of peace and belonging, these poems are crafted to remind you: you are still rising.
Some poems are soft. Some are fierce. Some may stay with you all week.
You’re invited to listen, reflect, respond—or even share your own voice.
“Even when the world forgets what I carry,
I remember who I am.
Still rising, still reaching, still me.”
